Alison Grafsgaard, Esq.

Ms. Grafsgaard is an Associate Attorney at Arnold Rodman & Kretchmer PA. She primarily focuses her practice on divorces involving business owners, families with multiple real estate properties, and medical and legal professionals. Her experience also includes cases involving paternity, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division.

Ms. Grafsgaard understands the unique complexities facing middle-to-high income and net worth families, such as the implications of taxes on agreements, business agreements, trust funds, and prenuptial agreements.

Ms. Grafsgaard aims to minimize costly time spent in court by working effectively with opposing counsel and parties through alternative dispute resolution options such as Financial Early Neutral Evaluations in which a third party neutral offers valuable financial advice in the splitting of assets as well as the effects of taxes on agreements.

While attending law school at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, she served as Senior Editor of the St. Thomas Law Journal and worked at a large family law firm focusing on complex, high-asset and high net-worth divorce cases as well as international custody cases.

In her spare time, Ali enjoys cooking, working out, coordinating interior design projects for family and friends, and going to the dog park with her adorable—yet rambunctious—Siberian Husky, Indy.
