Denise Downing Howe

Ms. Howe is the senior paralegal at Arnold & Rodman PA with 11 years’ experience in family law including interstate and international matters.  She is responsible for case management, attorney calendars, drafting and filing pleadings, as well as acting as the firm administrator for the Odyssey E-file system.  Ms. Howe regularly communicates with clients, attorneys, experts, and the court.  She has been integral in the creation and implementation of firm policies and workflow processes offering training to other staff members to ensure best practices.  A longtime member of the Arnold & Rodman PA team, Ms. Howe works primarily with partner, Scott Rodman, and associate attorney, Alyssha Duncan.  

Ms. Howe’s paralegal skills, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of family law cases, make her an asset to the attorneys she supports and a valuable resource for other staff members.  She keeps her paralegal skills current by attending continuing education programs and has been a co-presenter for paralegal training.  Ms. Howe is a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.  She has been designated as a Minnesota Certified Paralegal by the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
