Of Counsel

Michael S. Divine, Esq.

Michael Divine is Arnold & Rodman PA’s in-house subject matter expert for business, corporate, and financial matters. He is also available to our clients for assistance with succession and disability planning and administration. We share him with the international law firm of Fenwick & West LLP.

Mr. Divine is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota. He also holds a master’s in finance from Harvard University. His diverse experience includes general business advisory, commercial transaction negotiation, legal product/service counseling, corporate governance, fundraising, mergers and acquisition, intellectual property strategy, and representation to regulators.

His passions include family, teaching, craft coffee, and mentoring business founders with non-traditional backgrounds. He is available for pro bono office hours via MIT’s Sandbox Innovation Fund, the Harvard Innovation Lab, and by referral from select non-profit organizations.
