Kendal K O’Keefe, Esq.
Ms. O’Keefe focuses her practice exclusively on family law including divorce, interstate divorce and child custody matters, paternity, child support, and spousal maintenance. As a well-respected member of the family law community, Ms. O’Keefe has been named a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyers, an honor given to no more than 2.5% of all attorneys in the state of Minnesota. Ms. O’Keefe is a co-editor of Minnesota CLE’s Divorce Practice Deskbook and has been invited to speak on a variety of family law topics including interstate and international child custody, child support, and discovery issues, among others. Ms. O’Keefe is also a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and offers mediation services in addition to her litigation practice.
Now a senior associate attorney, Ms. O’Keefe first joined the firm as a law clerk in 2011, and became an associate attorney in 2013. Ms. O’Keefe serves as a board member of the Family Law League, an organization focused on professional development, and volunteers at Tubman, a Twin Cities organization that works to prevent family and domestic violence and offers support services to those who have experienced it.
