Alyssha K. Duncan, Esq.
Ms. Duncan has experience representing clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, and orders for protection.
Ms. Duncan aims to help parties reduce conflict and reach equitable settlements, with the overall goal of helping clients keep their legal fees conservative while reaching a comfortable place to begin the next chapter of their lives. If settlement cannot be reached, Ms. Duncan is comfortable with all aspects of trial.
When she is not working, Ms. Duncan spends her time with her pets; she has four cats, a dog, a blind chinchilla, and a turtle. She also loves reading and has over 600 books; if she is not reading, she can be found playing video games.
