Braedyn M. Iwan, Esq.

Mr. Iwan is an associate attorney with Arnold & Cain, PA. Mr. Iwan practices exclusively in the area of family law including divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, international family law, as well as orders for protection and harassment restraining orders. Mr. Iwan works closely with the firm’s partners to support the effective representation of clients in complex and sensitive family law matters. Mr. Iwan emphasizes clear and responsive communication and addressing each matter with care for each client's individual circumstances. He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to legal research, case strategy, and drafting.

Originally from Nebraska, Mr. Iwan received his juris doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While in law school, he clerked for a family immigration law firm in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he gained valuable experience working for many international clients.

Mr. Iwan lives in Minneapolis with his partner and two cats.
